I recommend it for anybody who wants an extreme body transformation in 21 days. Maybe you've already done 21 Day Fix and you want to kick the intensity up a notch. Maybe you've done other extreme programs and want to add a portion control component. Or maybe you have an event coming up and just have no time to waste.

The nutrition plan on the 21-day fix extreme is SIMILAR but not the same. She cuts out salt, sugar and some carbs. She dials in your nutrition for 21-days to get you shredded. 

Example meal plan: 
Meal 1: Oatmeal and egg whites with 1 tsp. coconut oil (1 red, 1 yellow, 1 tsp.)
Meal 2: Chicken and sweet potato (1 red, 1 yellow)
Meal 3: Trout and broccoli with 1 tsp. coconut oil (1 red, 1 green, 1 tsp.)
Meal 4: Lean ground turkey and green beans with 1 tsp. coconut oil (1 red, 1 green, 1 tsp.)
Meal 5: Trout and broccoli with 1 tsp. coconut oil (1 red, 1 green, 1 tsp.)
Meal 6: Chicken and green beans (1 red, 1 green)
Meal 7: Trout and broccoli (1½ red, ½ green)
Meal 8: Trout and green beans (1½ red, ½ green)
Grocery List (for 3 days of Countdown to Competition Diet):
2–3 lbs. boneless. skinless chicken breast

Mashed Cauliflower


EASY MASHED CAULIFLOWER

Ingredients: 
1 Head Cauliflower
2 tbsp. Garlic powder or fresh garlic
Ground pepper to taste
1 tsp. of cayenne pepper
2-3 cheese wedges


Directions: 
Steam cauliflower for about 8-10 min till soft
Then mash the cauliflower till smooth consistency (or food use processor)
Add all ingredients and stir.
Ready to serve,

Stuffed Bell peppers

Stuffed Bell Peppers

This is a go-to recipe in my house. I really like bell peppers and so does the rest of family. I also like to sneak in a few more veggies by adding shredded carrots (or whatever extra veggies you have) into the beef mixture. 
Ingredients: 
  • 4 large bell peppers (any color) 
  • 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef 
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion 
  • 2 cup shredded carrots 
  • 2 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 blue container shredded mozzarella cheese for each bell pepper. 
  • Italian seasoning to taste 

 Directions:

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
  • Add meat, onions, seasoning, and garlic to large pan and cook thoroughly. 
  • Cook seasoned meat, and drain. 
  • Add shredded carrots, stir for about 1-2 minutes.


  • Cut bell peppers length wise or cut off tops. 
  • Stuff the peppers with the meat mixtures. 
  • Top with blue container of cheese.
  • Bake for about 20 mins. 
  • Serve HOT! Enjoy!

  • 1/2 tsp. ground cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp. pure almond extract
  • 1 cup ice 


Red Berry:
  • 1 scoop green berry Shakeology
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries 

Pumpkin Pie :











  • 1 serving Vanilla Shakeology 
  • ¾ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk 
  • ½ cup canned pumpkin puree 
  • 1 Tbsp. coarsely chopped raw pecans 
  • 1 tsp. maple syrup (or raw honey) 
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
