21-day Fix Meatballs
Turkey, Beef, Veggie Meatballs
- 2 lbs of lean ground turkey
- 2 lbs Ground beef
- 1 teaspoon of Himalayan Salt (or sea salt)
- 1 teaspoon of ground mustard
- 1 teaspoon of paprika (smoked paprika if you have it)
- 2 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1 cup whole grain quick cooking oats (may need to add more oats if mixture is too wet) or whole grain panko can be used.
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon of dried parsley
- 3-4 Steamed and pureed Zucchini
- Preheat oven to 400
- Cover a large pan with parchment paper, set aside.
- In large bowl, combine all ingredients by hand and mix well.
- Roll into 1-inch balls. Place on baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until cooked through.
